The new Payroll Center for Accountants is available with both versions of Microsoft® Office Accounting 2008 giving you the flexibility to:
  • Access an unlimited number of clients from a single sign-on.
  • Handle payroll functions for your clients or give them access to share responsibilities.
  • Print checks for multiple clients from a single blank check stock - or let your clients print their own checks.
  • Receive unlimited support from the ADP professional service team.
  • Enjoy the features of ADP Payroll including simple setup wizards, automatically updated tax tables, tax reminders, and complete the payroll process and payroll completion in four-clicks.

Sign up for the Payroll Center for Accountants through Microsoft Office Accounting 2008. It’s only $299/year to process payroll for up to 50 clients. To get started, launch the Accountant View from Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 and click on the Payroll Center. Or call 1 (866) 385-2017.

Choose the best option for you and your clients:

Option 1: You Perform the Accounting and Payroll Functions
  • Process accounting and payroll activity on behalf of clients.
  • Clients cannot access the payroll system.
  • Single sign-on to access multiple companies and bulk printing of checks, including MICR printing.

Option 2: Share Payroll and Accounting Functions with Clients
  • You and your clients have Office Accounting 2008 and share payroll activities.
  • Clients are responsible for entering company and employee profile and pay period information.
  • You process each payroll run, prepare quarterly and annual tax deposit and filing reports, and returns for clients.
  • Clients will have read-only access to specific areas of the payroll service.

Company List

The Company List displays all your clients on one screen, at a single glance. From this screen, you can quickly identify the companies with open tasks and reminders, as well as their payroll status. Access any client by simply clicking on the company name.



Bulk Check Printing

Payroll Center for Accountants provides you with flexibility when it comes to printing your clients' payroll checks. You can print your clients' checks from one blank check stock. Or, you can use a client's individual check stock. With Bulk Check Printing, you no longer need to have separate check stocks on hand for each client. In addition, you can allow clients to print their own checks.
